DESCRIPTION

  1. Divide the players into 3 teams.
  2. One team will try to move to the opposite side dodging the ball from the sides that the rest of the group is passing. (Balls should only below the knee)
  3. If all the members are hit, next team team will switch place with the team in the middle.

COACHING POINTS

Progression:

  • Ask the players what are the methods they can make them safe from HIV/AIDS
  • After the team have answered, one player will represent their answer and will be the shield an try to protect the rest of his/her teammate.
