A cone (or pole) is placed just outside the semi circle of the 18 yard box with five balls placed evenly spread around the D.
Each player takes it in turns to run and shoot first time, before running around the cone and striking the next shot first time and so on and so on until all five shots have been completed.
Encourage the player to strike the ball with pace, first time, trying not to stop before all five balls have been kicked.
Advse the players to use their instinct as to where the goal is to strike the ball.
