1 player from middle can push into each side to apply pressure
everyone must touch the ball before it is played to other side and then the same again before it comes back. (can pass the ball as many times in one area as players want butall must touch ball)
If team loses ball they change quickly in middle with other team (play conitnues and does not stop)
