Screening - Analytical
1. 4 v 4 with 3 nets on each end evenly space
2. The team in possession attempt to pass into their teammate through one of the 3 targets.
3. Team in possession can only pass. no dribbling or running.
4. If the defending team wins possession they will transition to attack by attempting to score in the target gates.
Progression - Add an offside line.
1. Encourage defensive players to organize themselves at an angle that provides depth as well across the line.
2. Early pass recognition and communication is the key to successful blocking and interception.
3. Get players talking with each other.
4. Make sure to have correct distance between defensive players.
5. Concentrate on speed of movements.
6. Clean / Solid Passes.
