DESCRIPTION

  • Form a group into a circle
  • One player go in the middle and the players around the circle must pass the ball to each other, while the player inside try to close down and block the ball.
  • If the player inside touch the ball or if goes out of the circle, the player at fault replaces of player inside the circle and new around commences.
  • play several rounds

Progression:

  • Add one more player in the middle.
  • same process, if the player inside touch the ball or if goes out of the circle, the player at fault replaces one of the players inside the circle and new round commences.
