Firstly I made the players do 2 laps of the field at jogging pace. Then I lined them up and took them through all the necessary stretches Lunges, High knees, Butt kicks, Closing/opening the gate, Side steps etc. After stretching I got the players to pass the balls between each other to familiarise themselves for the session.
