DESCRIPTION

Cones 3-5 yeards apart.

Players pass the ball back and forth using different parts of their foot. 

Start with 2 touch passing.

  1. Receive with inside of right foot, pass with inside of right foot.
  2. Receive with inside of left foot,  pass with inside of left foot.
  3. Receive with the inside of right, pass with the inside of left
  4. Receive with the inside of left, pass with the inside of right
  5. Receive with the outside of right, pass with the outside of right
  6. Receive with the outside of left, pass with the outside of left

ONE TOUCH PASSING

One touch passing back and forth: the pair with the most consecutive passes in 1 minute receives 2 points. The pair with the most points after a couple rounds wins.

End the warmup with a nutmeg competition: 2-3 mins

Area 25x30 square or a circle, 2 teams. Team 1 spreads out with their legs shoulder width apart. When the coach yells go the players on team 2 will try to pass the ball through as many players as they can in 1.5 minutes. Players must stand stactionary. You cannot netmeg the same player in a row.
