ONE TOUCH PASSING
One touch passing back and forth: the pair with the most consecutive passes in 1 minute receives 2 points. The pair with the most points after a couple rounds wins.
End the warmup with a nutmeg competition: 2-3 mins
Area 25x30 square or a circle, 2 teams. Team 1 spreads out with their legs shoulder width apart. When the coach yells go the players on team 2 will try to pass the ball through as many players as they can in 1.5 minutes. Players must stand stactionary. You cannot netmeg the same player in a row.
