K(Y) starts on 6 yard box while doing this and to force K, to use proper footwork to get to crossbar (Drop step, Crossover and being side on to be able to adjust to flight of ball).
1) K(Y) will pass with C (centrally across from them) and will do this for as long as coach decides 4-5 times back and forth amongst each other
2) You have two other coaches to the coach on the side number them 1 or 2
the coach that is called will then toss ball towards crossbar for K to make decision
3) Return and repeat to central coach
4) will repeat step 2 but now to other coach
***Progression 1 - switch the passer and make K adjust to different services from different angles***
****Progression 2 - can vary services to make them decide on what save technique to use (Basket, Low Ball, Countour Catch)***
