Set Up: Grid 15x15, ball 1 between 2
Game: Split the players in half, half with a ball the other half without. The half with a ball spread out along the outside of the grid. The players without a ball start in the middle of the grid. The player in the middle work for 1 and a half minutes (up to coach) and then swap with someone on the outside. The players in the middle run towards a player on the outside perform the skill and then turn and find another player on the outside to repeat the skill.
