Organisation:
One ball between red and orange teams
Each team tries to pass the ball from blue target to blue target opposed (swap blue players at any time with red or orange)
Switching play from one blue target, through the middle, and to other blue target scores your team a point or goal
Coaching Points/Challenges:
Try to receive on the back-foot and play forwards as your first thought
Side-on, open body position to receive so you know whether you can receive on the back-foot
Check your shoulder before you receive the ball
Combine with team-mates at speed if you receive under pressure
If no support from team-mates, use your body to protect the ball and wait for support
