Split players in two teams. One player in each rectangle create from 4 different colored cones (blue, yellow, orange, white).
PROGRESSION
Players begin within the square and wait for the coaches call. A ball is place right outside the box. Players react to the colors called by the coach and run to grab the ball with their hands and sprint towards the finish line (white cones). The first one to finish is the winner

Same sequence but now the players need to dribble with the ball on their feet towards the finish line.
PROGRESSION 3
Same sequence but now the player follow the color sequence called by the coach while dribbling the ball inside the box.
