Create a grid of approximately 20x20. Split players to the four corners of the grid. Place a cone in the middle of the field representing the opponent.
PROGRESSION
Players 1,2 perform as a team. Players 3,4 perform as a team. On the coaches call players start dribbling the ball towards the red cone. As soon as they reach the cone they perform a stop and start move and sprint towards the opposite cone.
