Attackers will combine four passes with yellows then switch the ball to corresponding zone. If ball is transferred the whites and yellows get a point. If the defense gets the ball they will work the ball together into the end zone to gain a point. When defense wins the ball the midfield defender will join their teammates.
Midfield look to find space to receive passes.
White players look to move into space when yellows have ball.
Red players look to apply hard pressure and counter quickly
