Players separated into two teams. Place a large number of cones inside a grid designated with flat cones.
PROGRESSION 1
On the coaches signal players begin dribbling through the grid without touching any of the cones. If coach shouts ONE players need to dribble by one cone and take a shot towards the goal. The fastest player who scores wins.
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now the number is given through an equation eg. 2x3=6

Same sequence but now players need follow the instructions of the coach on how to dribble through the cones.
