Organisation
Have two 20 x 10 yard end zones with a 20 x 10 yard
centre zone
Split the group into 3 equal teams e.G. 12 – 3 x 4
One attacking team in each end zone
and one defending team in the middle zone
Method
The end team starts with the ball, they have to make 3
passes and then transfer the ball to the other attacking
team across the grid without the defending team intercepting the
ball if a pass goes outside of the playing area or the pass is intercepted, that team go into the middle to defend
Progress to allowing one defender into either attacking zone to win the ball to make it easier or harder,
Reduce / increase the passing distance, reduce or decrease the number of defenders in the middle
in more ways than one
