EQUIPMENT: 1 MARKER, 2 CONES, 1 REBOUND NET, 4-6 FOOTBALLS
1. GK starts on Goal line
2. Quickstep, Hopscotch, 1,2, Forwards, 1,2, Backwards the ladders to the markers (Goals)
3. Coach will stand behind the GK throwing the ball at the rebound net
or
GK will throw/kick the ball to the rebound net
4. GK will dive to react to the rebounding ball
1. the GK is on his/her toes AT ALL TIMES
2. encourage the GK to catch the ball, or push the ball to the sides of the goals rather than into the centre of AREA
3. hands are positioned correctly for catching/pushing the ball
