The aim of this is to listen and look at the coach and see what they are either saying or holding up, and to quickly do it without bumping into people.
How to play: This game requires skill with both listening and looking up at the coach. At any given moment the coach could hold up an colour, this means you would have to go to an area and do the following.
GREEN- TIC TAK (penguin)
RED - REST 5 SECOUNDS
BLUE - TOE TAPS
BLACK - DRAG BACK
YELLOW - LADDERS OR HURDLES (put ball to side)
