Set four boxes in each corner of the pitch. Split teams in even sides. Two players from each team in box opposite sides from each other. Teams on the pitch have to maintain possession and use box players as an outball. Once ball is played into a box, person who played the pass moves into square and receiver drives into the game.
Focus on using wide players as out balls and the importance on how this creates space in the middle of the park, this should be played at a high intensity.
