DESCRIPTION

  1. Players are divided into teams
  2. The goal is to get the ball in the box faster than the other team.
  3. The coach will say some conditions to get the ball.
  4. The team that accomplished the conditions get a point.

Conditions: (combine the following conditions to create problems for the players)

Example: "4 players, 3 feet, 2 hands, the ball should no fall on the ground'

  • numbers of player who can get the ball
  • body parts that van only be used
  • numbers of body parts that can be used
  • no one will step inside the box.
  • the ball should not fall on the ground
  • players should stick together.
