SETUP
- Setup for 7-aside but mark a 5yd channel running the length of the playing area on each wing
- Normal rules apply w/ the conditiom that a player in possession in a wide channel can progress unchallenged. However any attempt on goal resulting from using the channel must result in a two-touch max finish
- Progress to one-touch finish if successful

- Can we find space in a congested area that affords a shooting chance
- Minimize touches to reduce the ability of the defence to close down
- Maintain compusre
