Aim of the session is to try and play through cenral midfield. Black box would be coned out and there is no restrictions on the game but if they score via/ after playing through central areas then they get 3 goals as oppose to 1.
How, as a team, can you play through the cetral midfield to score a goal?
Encourage positivity and receiving the ball on the half turn - passing to back foot to encourage positive forward play - how can they create space in the middle, utilise width with the ball, play quickly, midfield rotation.
