Player plays the first player in the line at their end in on goal and joins the end of the line.. The player played in on goal shoots and as they do the ball is played into the team at the other end in the same way... As soon as the player shoots they have to sprint back to the goal at the end they started from to try and spoil the shot from the other player... When they have done this they join the line next to the goal that plays the through ball..
