Players will be split into two groups and start from opposite corners of the playing area. They will take turns to dribble through the 'sea of cones' and the take a shot at goal. They will then join the opposite line after taking a shot.
Progression will be to add a goalkeeper on each side.
If further progress is needed for those striving ahead, add a defender on either side for the players to beat after going through the cones.
