PROGRESSION 1
Players have to dribble around the white cones using only their right foot. Speed required. As soon as they reach their starting position the first player to knock the ball off the cone is the winner.
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now all players use only their left foot.
PROGRESSION 3
Same sequence but now players are allowed to dribble as they wish.
