DESCRIPTION

  1. cones set up in a circle
  2. 1/2 players on outside of cicle with ball
  3. 1/2 on inside
  4. gates set up inside circle

COACHING POINTS

  1. players on outside pass to an inside player
  2. inside player tries to get the ball thru a gate in s specific # of touches
  3. reduce # of touches as game moves
