Start by putting 2 tall cones/poles 20 yds away from each other. In the middle, place a cone just to the side as a marker for the players to line up behind.
Players must start at the cone, run to the top, around the bottom and back up to the middle where the next player should take the ball off them.
Progression 1 - Get players driving off the middle cone.
Progression 2 - Next player waiting comes out and waits for the ball. When player in possession gets to bottom cone, he must play it to the next player.
