If only around 6 players taking part - just use one grid.
IF USING 2 GRIDS:
Split players into 2, and give each player a number.
Start off with players passing around in their own area, when 2 numbers are called, the players must run into the opposite grid in attempt to win the ball. When players have left (only 4 attackers in each group), each player much find themselves a square and stay in there until the run is over. ONce the ball has been run the players return.
Progression: If defenders win the ball - they must now have a 2vs1 in the grid where the ball was won.
If using 1 grid:
Get players passing around, choose 2 defenders to continuously rotate.
