Divide players to three teams.
PROGRESSION
On the coaces call players dribble the ball towards the second line of white cones. They perform a change of direction backwards towards the first line where they perform a second turn. Then they run towards the second line againd where they take a shot towards the goal.
The first player to score wins!
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now the player who manages to score with his weaker foot gets 2 points!!
