Idea of this drill is to speed up players thought process and passing.
The two red players in the grid will recieve a pass from the blue and pass directly back before spinning and recieving(then passing back) to the opposite blue player.
The two blue players will be receiving back the pass moving the ball to the second red player and repeat
good first touch needed to next target followed with quick accurate and weighted pass.
Get head up to concentrate on both balls, dont pass until reciever ready.
