Set-up the drill as noted in the diagram. From position A the player passes through the cones to player B (roughly 10-15yds). Player B receives the ball, controls out of feet and shoots a low laces shot at goal. Player B then collects their ball and joins group C (continue the same drill for second goal but this time this is a lofted shot)
The progression is to do a 1-2 with the feeder (as shown in diagram with groups C and D). Player C passes between the cone to player D who contols and passes it back to player C who has moved closer, player C receives the ball and lays it off for player D to run onto to shoot, PLayer D then joins group A. Change to L and R.
