Islands, Set up 5 squares, 4 in the corners of the square and one in the middle. The 5 squares are called islands. Challenge the players and see how many islands they can go to in 1 minute, but every time they go through one they must travel back through the centre island
Encourages players to turn off with the ball at different directions, and uses different parts of the feet to keep it moving. Challenge how quick can you reach all the islands, can we hit all the islands and keep our ball under control always?
