Set up attacking zone (black cones) defenders zone (orange cones) and defenders goals (red cones).
Have 2 defenders behind goal, 3 attackers in attacking zone and 2 defenders in defenders zone.
Defender on goal line starts with ball and plays it into the attacking zone, as soon as the attacks have recieved the ball, these defenders must charge off the line. It is currently 3 vs 2. Before the attackers can score - each attacker must have touched the ball. As soon as this has happened - 1 defender from defenders zone can join. If this defender touches the ball - the other can leave.
Game is over when one team scores point.
Defenders score points by scoring in goals outside area, attacks score by scoring through proper goal.
