PROGRESSION 1
Green player makes a run to enter the box. Coach plays a pass and at the same time shouts out a colour (eg. blue). Green player has to exit from the blue cones and at the same time the player at the blue cone (blue player) has to run and defend. Players that go 1v1 change positions.
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now the coach signals the color with a cone!!
