Firstly, as there should be 15 participants I shall split the group into 3 groups of 5 and they shall remain in these groups for the whole session. The first activity i will be doing is with the 3 groups they have one ball each. In the groups they will be in a circle and they will choose one person to go in the middle and they will have to try and pass the ball around the people on the outside and the chosen person must try and apply pressure on the people and win the ball back, once they intercept the ball they can swap with the person they intercepted with.
