PROGRESSION 1
Players dribble the ball between the cones as shown by the coach. As soon as the players finish dribbling round the cones they have to shoot towards the tall cones infront of them. Their target is to throw down as many as possible and run back for their team mate to perform the same sequence. First team to hit all tall cones wins!!
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now the coach calls out one or more numbers. The numbers represent the cones infront of them as shown in the image. At the specified cones players perform a move called out by the coach e.g. 360 degree turn around the called cones with the inside of the left foot.
