Players are separated into pairs. Each pair with one ball. Multiple Coloured goals situated in the field. To avoid queues place as many coloured goals as possible.
PROGRESSION 1
Players exchange passes in the field. Coach calls out the colour of the goal and the number of passes to be executed. e.g. RED FIVE!! The first team to exchange five passes with the inside of the foot in a red goal wins!
PROGRESSION 2
Same sequence but now the coach instead of calling out the colour and the number, he raises the coloured cone with one hand and signals the number of passes with his other hand!!
PROGRESSION 3
Same sequence as in Progression 1 but now the coach calls out a colour and a mathematical equation for the players to solve e.g red 6-1=5!!
