Split the area into 3 parts, then put one team on one end and the other team on the other end (as shown in the diargram). One side starts with a ball at there feet (so the red team starts with the ball), so which means that they have to try to get past the blue defenders and pass the ball through the marked cones. Then the blues have the ball and it makes them the attackers and they have to try and get the ball pass the red player.
The players learn how to dribble and use skills to get past the defender, so it will help them in a match when they are in a 1v1 situation.
