This a simple drill that is used to get a a feel for the ball. It is a simple square that you can do circuits around the outside of the cones to get the heart pumping. Then get a ball involved to get a feel on what you will be using in the session. You will start with one ball on a cone, then pass the ball clockwise and follow their pass. Make sure you run around the edge of the square when you have passed it so that you do not interfeer with the drill. When you are used to it, you can then change direction on maybe narrow it down to one or two touch.
