1) 2 v 2 + goalie
2) Attackers start wth ball. Pass between themselves and aim to score.
3) Attackers get 5 attempts. Each attempt ends if:
- they score
- goalie catches (rebounds allowed)
- defenders clear out of the box
- they pass or dribble ball out of the box
Attackers can attemt to get ball back off defenders before they clear
3) Attackers get 10 points for a goal and 5 for hitting the woodwork
4) Defenders get 5 for clearing and 10 for getting clearance through one of the cone targets.
5) After 5 attempts, rotate
