This drill is to reiterate positioning on the feild and the movment of the ball from defence to attacker. Starting at the first cone the player (def) dribbles with the ball to the next cone then plays a pass to the scond player (mid). They receive the pass and choose to dribble through one of the gates. Once through the gates they pass to the third player (att) who recives the ball, turns and dribbles up and round the final cone and back to the group, passing the ball to the next person to go.
