Devide the group into 2 with each standing at each end next to the blak cone. One player works at a time. The first player side steps (change to hops/jumps) to touch both red cones first then sprints to retriev the ball from between the blue cones and dribbles as fast as they can and stops the ball between the other set of blue cones (distance between 2 sets of blue cones is approx 20m). They then leave the ball and side step to touch the 2 red cones before taggin the other team member to then repeat the other way.
