Green to Red cones - 15-20m Green to Green - 6-10m
Passes to be flat.
Runs to be timed to take pass while facing forward and not by having to twist the body.
The crossover can be down in front of Yellow.
A double crossover can be done in front and behind Yellow.
A second set of red cones can be added with a 2nd Yellow to advance the handling further.
The distance between the Green and Red cones can be lenghtened to incorporate a kick pass.
