Double teams up from previous drill to make 2 teams of 6
Defending team has 2 goalkeepers and 2 defenders behind each goal
Attacking team chooses to play 3v1 (2 Points) 2v1 (3points) or 1v1 (5points) for each of their balls.
Team has 8 balls but if they score in one net they turn round and attack opposite goal which counts as same ball
Defenders alternate coming out 1 at a time from each of the goals.
Teams swap after 8 balls and have 2 plays. Discuss success of each team / progressions between plays
