Aim – Opening and offering new passing lanes to combine with team mates
Make a 15x15 yard box inside and a 24 x 24 yard box on the outside.
The 4 BLUE players inside the box are feeders, REDS receive and pass back.
The YELLOW players move around the circuit on the outside. The REDS switch with the YELLOWS. The YELLOWS switch with the BLUES and the BLUES Switch with the REDS so tha all players rotate – Physical, Passer, Feeder.
Work for 90secs to 2 mins per station. Rotate 2/3 times
