Blue teams back 4 defending against the crosses and dribbling attacks.
Players on no.1 cones passes the ball into player in no.2 and makes the overlap run
No.2 player receiving the ball and takes the ball inside than playing a reverse ball for no.1
No.1 gets the shot away and runs straight towards the back 4.
Soon as No.1 gets the shot away, player from no.3 dribbles the ball and attacks the back 4 of blue team with no.1
No.2 receives the ball from the coach and finishes against the goalkeeper and makes an overlap around no.4
No.4 starts dribbling soon as they see, No.3 starts attacking the back 4.No.4 player have to dribble around the cone than
switch the play into space for no.2 to receive and cross the ball in. (at this point 1/2/3/4 are all attacking at the defenders)

After all the attacks have been done, GK coaches on the corner flags, crosses the ball into the box for 4 strikers to score. (4 defenders have to defend against it. Both side will crosses. Always right side crosses first)
