Square will be marked out with 4 different coloured cones. Performer will stand in the middle of the square and on my call will move a touch the cone i shout. On the shout of 'PRESS' performers will sprint out and to where i will be standing (10 metres). Performers will do this in pairs each in their own square.
This drill can be progressed by increasing the size of the square to 10 x 10 and introducing a ball so performers have to dribble around the square.
