Warm up: 20 metres apart, one ball between two, 1.Jogging with the ball stopping it infront of partner, 2. passing the ball 5 yards away, touch and dribble. 3. The person dribbling stops ball infront of partner and jockeys backwards, whilst other person movesfoward with the ball.
