Two cones are placed roughly 2 metres in front of each goal post of a small goal. The keeper always starts between the post and the cone, facing the opposite way from the coach. The keeper then sidesteps around the cone, till he gets to the middle. When the keeper arrives in the middle of the two cones, the coach throws a ball with a bounce aiming for either post. The keeper must react to the shot and save.
