Defenders have to pass the ball out from defense zone to midfield zone. Strikers will pressure the ball if they can steal it they can shoot on the goal.
Progression:
1st: Strikers let the the defenders pass and move, when the coach whistles they can pressure the ball.
2nd: CM (after receiving the ball from the defense) has to pass to one of the defenders who have to leave to box and move up to the midfield
3rd: Add one more defensive player (3rd striker or midfielder in this case)
4rd: Set up an other goal and add more midfielders to both team (2v2). After defenders pass the the ball up and creating outnumbered situation on midfield and try to score.
