Dribble round the cones (figure of 8) and carry the ball quickly to the green cones and dribble round it than pass the ball to the other end
Its important that they do 2 laps, one slowly and one fast and when you are changing feet, you have to push the ball with the outside and carry it forward with other foot.
When dribbling towards the green cone, you have to do go fast as you can than pass the ball to the opposite side.
(In a real match, you will be dribbling with the foot away from the defender, but in this training dribble with the foot close to the cone to make it harder)
